Born in Brooklyn. Raised in New York.

Boro Brine is our love letter to New York - it is a seafood restaurant and cocktail bar built around the things New York does best — strong drinks, great music, warm rooms, and nights that linger a little longer than planned.

Rooted in seafood and comfort, the menu blends indulgent coastal cooking with refined technique and layered flavor. Led by Executive Chef Mark Nobello (Atoboy, Tadhana, O Ya), the kitchen moves from raw and briny beginnings into richer, comforting dishes like lobster pot pie, caviar-topped seafood bites, and our nostalgic fish fillet sandwich.

The beverage program from Omar Bautista (ZZ’s Club, Torrisi, Crown Shy) pairs seafood-forward cooking with martinis, bright citrus-driven wines, and cocktails designed to feel balanced, savory, and endlessly drinkable.

Music shapes the atmosphere as much as the food. As the night unfolds, the room shifts with it — warm lighting, carefully tuned sound, seafood, cocktails, and conversations stretching late into the evening.

Whether you stop in for martinis and seafood or settle into the chef’s tasting at the counter, Boro Brine is built for long dinners, loud laughs, and nights worth returning to.

The Space
Designed by HOUSE/UNDER/MAGIC, the space was built to feel intimate, immersive, and deeply lived in. Warm woods, moody lighting, vintage textures, and a custom sound system (the same ones used in the Beatles’ recording studio) work together to create a room where the music feels present — never overpowering — and every table feels part of the same energy.
