Boro Brine is a seafood-forward restaurant, cocktail bar, and listening lounge in Williamsburg from Third Date Hospitality Group—a husband-and-wife team of lifelong New Yorkers celebrating the city’s spirit through brine, music, and community.

Led by Executive Chef Mark Nobello (Atoboy, Tadhana, O Ya), the menu reimagines New York’s iconic seafood traditions with inventive technique and global influence—caviar-topped prawn nuggets, the Skate Sando inspired by a certain nostalgic fish sandwich, a deeply comforting lobster pot pie. Each dish is a tribute to the neighborhoods, flavors, and stories that shaped us.

Our beverage program, curated by Omar Bautista (ZZ’s Club, Torrisi, Crown Shy), balances the brine with crushable cocktails, brine-washed spirits, and citrus-driven wines crafted to pair seamlessly with seafood.

At night, the room shifts into a warm, intimate listening environment powered by a world-class sound system—an invitation to stay late, sip something great, and lose track of time.
