Rooted in seafood and driven by comfort, our menu reimagines the city’s iconic flavors through thoughtful technique and global influence. Led by Executive Chef Mark Nobello (Atoboy, Tadhana, O Ya), the cooking balances indulgence and ease — from caviar topped chutoro on top of pork belly to a nostalgic fish fillet and a deeply comforting lobster pot pie.

Our beverage program, curated by Omar Bautista (ZZ’s Club, Torrisi, Crown Shy), pairs brine-forward cooking with layered yet crushable cocktails and bright, citrus-driven wines.

Music is central to the experience. As the night unfolds, sound shapes the room — turning dinner into something warmer, more intimate, and worth lingering over.

Designed by HOUSE/UNDER/MAGIC, Boro Brine treats your ears, eyes, and taste buds equally. Our custom speakers — the same ones used in the Beatles’ recording studio — fill the space with perfectly balanced sound. Paired with moody lighting and thoughtful design, every detail sets the stage so you can sip, snack, and vibe — all without ever feeling like you’re just in another restaurant.
