Boro Brine is a seafood-focused restaurant in Williamsburg from Third Date Hospitality Group—a husband-and-wife team of lifelong New Yorkers who wanted to celebrate the city’s spirit through seafood.
Led by Executive Chef Mark Nobello (previously of Atoboy, Tadhana, O Ya), our menu reimagines classic New York seafood favorites—think caviar-topped prawn nuggets, a nostalgic fish-o-fillet reimagined as the Skate Sando, and lobster pot pie—with inventive twists, bold flavors, and global inspiration. Every dish tells a story about the city that shaped us, all served in a warm Williamsburg space designed for conversation, crisp music, and good energy, powered by the same world-class sound system used by the Beatles in their recording studio.
Our beverage program, curated by Omar Bautista (previously of ZZ’s Club, Torrisi, Crown Shy), brings balance to the brine with crushable cocktails and citrus-forward wines designed to pair perfectly with seafood.
