The Chef’s Studio: Brine takes its name from the techniques that transform seafood — brining, fermenting, curing, and preserving — reflecting our focus on technique, seasonality, and flavor.
Experience a chef- led, 7 course seasonal tasting menu at the counter.
An intimate seven-course seafood tasting experience centered around seasonal seafood, warm hospitality, and indulgent coastal flavors.
Served at our chef’s counter, the menu highlights preservation, smoke, fermentation, and dry-aging techniques through a rotating seasonal tasting designed to feel both refined and deeply satisfying.
