The Bar: Boro takes its name from the boroughs of New York — a nod to the neighborhoods, people, and flavors that inspire our seafood and cocktails

Warm, social, and approachable, our bar is a place to linger, meet friends, or enjoy a full meal. Savor seafood classics elevated with technique like lobster pot pie, tuna carpaccio with pork belly + caviar, fish fillet sandwiches — paired with inventive cocktails like our Dirty Martini with smoked bonito dashi brine or Under Ground where healthy juice meets Vodka.

Chef’s Studio: ‘Brine’

The Chef’s Studio: Brine takes its name from the techniques that transform seafood — brining, fermenting, curing, and preserving — reflecting our focus on technique, seasonality, and flavor.

Experience a chef- led, 7 course seasonal tasting menu at the counter.

(Currently offered Fridays & Saturdays 6PM and 8:15PM with limited seating)

Step behind the counter into the chef’s studio — an intimate space where seafood (and seasonal meat) becomes art. Every dish is crafted with global techniques — fermentation, smoke, dry-aging — and seasonal ingredients sourced from Northeastern waters, Japan, and beyond.

Each tasting is a journey of discovery: Wagyu + Oyster Cream + Hokkaido Uni, scallops smoked with coconut snow, and rotating seasonal dishes designed to surprise and delight. What you taste today may never appear again.

Optional beverage pairings are available to elevate each course.
