Chef’s Tasting Menu

Our tasting menu is a seafood-forward journey inspired by the flavors, neighborhoods, and energy of New York City. Designed to flow from raw and briny beginnings to warm, comforting finales, each course highlights seasonal seafood (+ meat), thoughtful sourcing, and refined technique — with playful nods to nostalgia along the way.

The experience is multi-coursed, with optional premium supplements available for select courses. Offered in limited seatings, the tasting menu is intended to be both indulgent and approachable — a modern New York seafood experience without pretense.

Beverage Pairing

Our beverage pairing is crafted to complement the rhythm and flavors of the tasting menu. The pairing includes one cocktail and four wines, selected to balance brine, richness, acidity, and texture across the courses.

Each pour is chosen to enhance — not overpower — the food, creating a seamless progression from the first bite to the final course. The pairing is designed to evolve alongside the menu, reflecting seasonality and the kitchen’s direction.
